KpopX™ Fitness (Lite) is a lower impact with low intensity fun fitness program that caters to individuals, e.g. seniors or people who want to gradually build up their fitness level and hence prefer a slower and less intense workout. KpopX™ Fitness (Lite) is a combination of Kpop simplified dance moves, aerobics and body toning exercises accompanied with catchy songs and creative dance moves!
