Fluid X Foundation Course

Participants will:
● Learn the origins of Fluid X and how it is establishing itself as a multi-disciplinary training tool. Fluid X aqua bags offer significant benefits for diverse fitness levels. Seniors can safely improve stability and reduce fall risk with the low-impact nature of aqua bags. Pre-and post-natal clients benefit from the adaptable weight of Fluid X for gentle yet effective core engagement. Athletes can enhance their proprioception and reflexive stability through Fluid X’s Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT), leading to improved performance and reduced injury risk.

● Learn and understand the Fluid X training concept. The curriculum covers detailed equipment setup, maintenance, and various grips and holds, ensuring safe and effective usage. Trainers will learn to apply FX Passive and Active Resistance techniques, adapting workouts to meet the needs of individuals from rehabilitation patients to elite athletes.

● Explore and practice the Fluid X Core Training System and Movement System. By integrating functional movement patterns and understanding the scientific foundations of unstable load training, participants will be equipped to deliver engaging, results-driven fitness programs that are both unique and adaptable.

● Implement the Fluid X programming & coaching model. By completing this course, participants will gain new perspectives on offering the Fluid X core training system and movement training system.
